Presented

So I had my presentation yesterday. I guess it went okay. I'm just glad it's over with. I mean, the whole thing wasn't me, but another team member and I split it up. I feel it didn't last very long and probably wasn't overall great to experience on the other end, but I just wanted to get through it. I went on a walk with Mary Beth after work. I think my foot did okay. It was kind of hurting at the start, like there was something pressing into the arch, but I walked consciously of my step and made sure to lift my foot and bring it down very decisively on my heel and by the end it seemed to be feeling better. And it hasn't hurt afterwards. I may just need to re-build-up the right muscles that I hadn't been using correctly for a while? I don't know. We'll see. So far seems okay, anyway.
