Yesterday The Family Ghost practiced again. We went through the new one and that's coming together more and more. Then we went through a couple old ones for the first time. We did "Battle Chant" and that came together quickly (just on the second runthrough). Then we did "Fall Behind." I couldn't remember the chords I play on the synth for that but I started to get a few of them. Then after we were done I think I did figure out the whole thing. I'd thought I'd written it down somewhere but haven't been able to find it. But I think I have enough remembered now to at least be very close and can possibly reverse engineer it to iron out any kinks, but really it's so close anyway. Didn't know we'd do another song I sing after "Battle Chant" and I did the screaming on our second runthrough so by the time we did "Fall Behind" my voice was wrecked and I was coughing as much as "singing" through it. Lesson learned! (Well, I mean, it's a lesson I've known so long, just didn't anticipate singing again...so, I guess the new lesson learned is to verify that won't happen first!). Uh, what else? Not much else I guess, for now.
