I got my SantaThing books in the mail yesterday: The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman, and Piranesi by Susanna Clarke. I'm not going to be spoiled because I've had a run of some great years/hauls in recent history, but I am looking forward to this one less than those. I always keep an open mind, but this one's a bit more off the mark. Seems to be pretty much pop fantasy which isn't quite my thing. But I've already got one thrown into my to-read stack so we'll see how it goes! I was running behind with work yesterday so I didn't get to take the full walk with Mary Beth but I did catch up with her and walked the end of it. Then we watched some Seinfeld at night. Alright!

I've got it in the to-read stack on my desk so I'll be giving it a shot! I don't really know all that much about it so currently all my "trepidation" is superficial and I can get past it.
