Dust of Snow

It snowed a little bit yesterday. It dusted the trees but didn't stick to the ground. But it was very lovely watching it drift down. "Big room planning" was yesterday and in the morning most of the other people on my team were talking about how they had snow there but it hadn't happened where I was yet. But during lunchtime it started really coming down (I mean, as much as it did). After work, I went up to Kroger to pick up our clicklisted groceries. It was a dang zoo. The clicklist spaces were taken up when I arrived and I had to circle around a couple of times before I was able to park. And of course there were two cars where some assholes had just parked there. Then it was so busy it took a good long time for them to bring the order out. But it came. Anyway, that was about it, now back to more brp.

Not to just throw around unsolicited suggestions but: have you tried using Target? I have had way better luck with them, especially with stock.. they actually have the thing we ordered at pickup. Kroger is a damn mess.

Mary Beth is the master of the grocery list so I defer to her in all things groceries. Though I imagine Target wouldn't carry everything for her cooking needs. We only really started doing the pickup when covid numbers skyrocketed in December. And I know Monday's timing was extra bad due to having to go accommodate my slightly different work schedule this week. I feel like at least this week, their having things in stock was better than times in the past. I guess krogering falls under "necessary evil" for us.
