Another similarly mildly stressful day yesterday. I was asked to do a different kind of load thing, though this time it was more just that things weren't working because the api I was calling kept crashing. Ending up working a little bit late, just a little bit. Mary Beth broke down wanting to watch the rest of Steven Universe and bought it all on itunes. But itunes being itunes it was difficult to get to where we could watch it on our tv. (Our normal method of watching stuff from devices on a tv is chromecast, but itunes...). So after having downloaded to a tablet and reaching a dead end, she downloaded to her laptop where she has some apple proprietary hdmi type cable. But we try to watch it and when that cable's plugged in, the video frequently freezes on a frame (while the audio continues uninterrupted). So we really couldn't even watch it that way. We'll figure something out anyway, but for the rest of the night we just hung out and talked and that ain't bad.
