Yesterday I mostly worked on the packaging for my "archival series." I got "Gift Horse" worked out and arranged into booklet form and printed so now I just need to cut staple it. I got the sleeves all folded, now I just need to do the gluing. I got a couple test cds burned and labeled. I had to do some fudging 'cuz when I printed it, the alignment I'd done against the template didn't line up with the actual labels. Anyway, kinda almost getting there. We'll see how it turns out. Later in the evening Mary Beth and I went upstairs to join our neighbors for dinner. We talked and ate and had a pretty good time. Today I went in to work. Eric's in town for a knowledge transfer as it's his last week before jumping ship to a new job. What else? A few support tickets I'd had with Mule have now ended up as defects on their end. I guess that's something. I also finished reading The Ubu Plays by Alfred Jarry today. Good stuff, and can definitely see the effects on French drama over the subsequent decades. Don't think I originally posted here, but my old high school band director died last week. I know I owe a lot of whatever musical ability I have to Mr. Krepper so it's sad that he's gone. Still processing it and all, and I don't quite have the words, but there it is.
