my fucking god!!! i've been to so many fucking great shows it's unbelievable!!! Television was fucking AMAZING!!! Suicide was unbelievably great as well!!! Alan Vega got his crotch all near my face and touched my head durring Ghost Rider!!! and then i hi-fived Martin Rev!!! i also shook hands w/ Alan Vega at the end!!! i'll go into some more detail and stuff later but it fucking ruled!!! Couch is a really great band too...and L'Altra are really good...on this trip, i have amassed 20 cds (21 counting the Yoko Ono double cd thing i go...) i'll post 'em all later when i get home or something...but this trip has fucking ruled! Chicago's kind've a bitch of a city though...but it's still been rökken...Karl Vandermark show's at 7 or so and then after that is the Anti-Pop Consortium show...more details will come later, but i felt i should share the basics for now...

i'm not sure...i think they have some new songs, though they could just be old ones i'm not familiar w/...though the first song they played sounded like it's prob'ly new...it was all spacey and kind've droney...it was really great...they did an album last reunion...i'll guess (and hope, 'cuz i think it should be quite good this time...) that they will...but that's just a guess...

i haven't listened to Lloyd's new solo album...didn't even know he had one actually...though i'm a bit wary of his stuff...as Verlaine's guitar playing is pure innovative genius, Lloyd tends towards more wanky, show-offy stuff in his solos...
