i was feeling pretty blah, but then i just checked my email...the Free Kitten tribute's all ready to be shipped and all now...it gave the track listing and we're last! (correct me if i'm wrong in assuming that the first and last tracks are the two most important in chosing songs for and whatnot...the whole strong beginning/strong ending thing...and she's not just sticking the sucky one at the end so as not to detract from everything else...or maybe even just chronological order of when she got the songs or something...ironically enough, the good reason actually makes the most sense...) so that's gotten me in a pretty good mood and stuff...something else that is quite rad:

An extra copy will be sent to Smells Like Records for the delivery to Kim Gordon, and we're pretty confident she'll enjoy it as much as we do.

that is also pretty darned rad...none of the pictures everyone sent her are going to be put on, she mentioned her hectic schedule and to do that would set it back another month or two...but that be aight...i didn't even send a picture originally, just emailed her one later when i got it...it just be the rock that counts, yo...and if anyone might be interested in this bit of rawk then you should go here...i believe it's a trade thing...like two blank cdrs for the tribute or something...that's me just guessing from memory and stuff so don't take what i said as an exact thing...but it's something cheap i know...and i believe the Sonic Youth tribute should be happening pretty soon as well...also my email told me my payment for the cds was received...that is good as i've been wondering about that...but i have been procrastinating far too much...i did get started on the operating systems hw last night, but just barely (i did one [very easy] problem and started on the second...) so i guess after The Simpsons i'd better get to that...
