yesterday i finished watching that Dune miniseries...it wasn't really my plan, Dustin loaned it to me saying "watch this" and the past few days i've had nothing better to do so i did...i didn't have high expectations so...and as further proof that i didn't have anything better to do, i have absolutely nothing else to talk about here...

i liked the dune miniseries because it was close to the book. but hey what do i know, i like shitty shows.

never read the book...i assume it's probably not my thing...i didn't absolutely hate the miniseries...it was entertaining enough to make it through (i.e. not painfully bad as other things i've seen in the past have been)...all the cgi was SUPER cheesy though...and the acting, etc...but i don't guess that's what the scifi channel is too concerned with anyway...

i have not...i've planned to, eventually, being a huge David Lynch fan and all...though i know it's not supposed to be very good...i've seen interviews where he's discussed in passing how it was flawed and there were problems with it, etc...(and of course fans of the book HATE it i know 'cuz it doesn't follow the book, but i don't give a hoot about that!)

it's fun to make fun of. if you ever get around to seeing it, i'll have to laugh about certain stuff with you about it. especially one thing way early in, that i always laugh with my dad and sister about. but i won't spoil the movie for you, so...
