today start off super-crappy, but then not too long into my shift i ended up in trs...and it was so beautifully slow...i also ended up as a temporary guru for this girl that's super-cute...that was for two hours and i didn't get much reading done then but i still read a ton today! also, this guy came up to me (i think he's a new hire) and commented on my zion (i ♥ dub) we were both in transit so the conversation was brief...but i guess that was kinda neat...now i'm home...so uh, yeah...

Date: 2006-01-07 07:48 am (UTC)i got so much reading in today! spring snow doesn't disappoint. it's not temple of the golden pavilion level good, but it's mishima-as-always good and yeah, more epic (well duh, tetralogy and all) than some of his lighter fare.
i think today was the first day ever at work for me where every call, from start to finish, was clearly legit AND the actual relay back and forth process went smoothly without frustration on anyone's part (i had two ip calls to start with, and then i was in trs all day!). it was, yes, beautiful.
i'm becoming a sad work dork. well, what do i mean "becoming." mrmm.

Date: 2006-01-07 12:36 pm (UTC)the beginning of my shift was horrible...i had been thinking how i'd hardly seen any fraud calls for a while and then (during my busy, busy time in ip) i had a whole bunch of fraud today...well, relatively...thankfully trs came and it was soooo nice...nicer than even trs usually is...
i'm happy you're enjoying it...i plan on getting around to it relatively soon...(i have a small course mapped out for when i finish my current read...i'm over halfway through now at least!)
