Jacket Trouble

As you can probably tell by the time of yesterday's "kinda just waking up" post, I was all kindsa off between sleeping in to recover from a long, late day and daylight savings and all. It wasn't even until evening really that I even got in the shower. I had to run an errand. Zan had left his jacket at the Lamplighter (I guess he thought it'd be funny to put it on the mannequin on top of the piano over to the side of the stage and then forgot about it!). So I went to pick it up. It just so happened to be that someone was performing (I think it was some kind of open mic thing) and people usually don't perform right there over in the corner like that but it just so happened he was right in front of the piano and jacket so I couldn't get it without being disruptive. I ran into Javi who I talked to for a minute and I must have mentioned my plight. But I figured I'd come back later when I could get it more easily but then Javi messaged me shortly afterwards to let me know he'd gotten it so I came back and thanks, Javi! (No, he's not likely reading this, but I thanked him in person and stuff.) Now I've gotta send this damn leather jacket to Zan! Also, something I remembered that I forgot to mention in the post. Had a bit of a hassle with Zan's lodging arrangements at the show. The person who had offered to give a place to stay ended up flaking out at the show. They were leaving a little towards the end of the tribute and though I'd mentioned it and confirmed with them the night before, they were like, oh I forgot and my place isn't ready for someone to stay and no, I can't do it. But then started to go back like, oh well I didn't mean to go back on what I'd said and if they have no other options then I guess they can stay. But it was seeming like not a great situation to put someone in the middle of so I asked around at the show and eventually someone came through so all ended up alright. There are probably other forgotten memories that I could conjure up but that's all I can think of for now.
