I finished reading Interviewing Matisse or The Woman Who Died Standing Up by Lily Tuck and it was good. It takes the form of a late night phone conversation with every alternating paragraph framed by: Molly said, "..." and I said, "...". It's short and the format makes it pretty propulsive so it was a quick read. It's also built on a lot of repetition (as the conceit I previously mentioned implies). It maybe loses some of its engagement midway through, in spite of its brevity, but it's still good. Not a lot else for now, okay moving along.
