Mary Beth and I watched an episode of She-Ra last night and it was quite good. Kinda in a way that one of the other episodes we watched earlier is (jumping around in time and all that fun stuff). Then we watched that new David Lynch short on Netflix, What Did Jack Do?. It was about what I expected given the description. The description is that David Lynch is like a detective interrogating a clutch-cargoed monkey (also David Lynch) in a train station. It's essentially a string of old Hollywood detective movie cliché phrases strung together as non-sequiturs. It's pretty goofy. Seemed like he had fun with it. I mean, it's kind of enjoyable in its way, but you know, not uh his best work or anything. I finished reading Deep Listening by Pauline Oliveros last night. It's alright, I mean, I should actually do some of the exercises now as that's its intent as textbook/guide kinda thing rather than just something to read through, which is what I did. Ran out of hot water in the shower this morning very quickly. Mary Beth heard a hissing noise so I went down to the basement and found the explanation, our hot water heater is leaking. Guy's supposed to be coming to fix it. Says he's on his way. Hopefully he shows up. No hot water's pretty sucky.
