ateolfthursday: i had stayed up most of the night doing my models of comp homework, finally slept, then woke up and went to class...afterwards i went over to David's for the next installment of the Twin Peaks marathon...also that day, my order from abandcalledmogwai.com arrived in the mail: my new "blur: are shite" shirt and my own Ten Rapid cd...oh yea! the night before i hung out w/ Justin and we went out to the place out in Raleigh where i got Brad's birthday present...i finally got David's present: an inflatable cow...i gave it to him the next night...also this night before at Justin's, i played that Zelda game some more...huzzah!
friday: early (1pm) David, Paul, and i went to see Mullholland Drive...the girl working there is friends w/ David's sister and she let us in free, which was cool...and the movie...it fucking ruled...a few little notes: there's this big lesbian scene then a little bit later this one's girl's masturbating and when that happened these women in the theater went "oh no!" like, ummm...the big lesbian scene's just great, but masturbation! ewww! then after the movie was over they were like "that was the worst movie ever" and something about it being a weird movie or something...ummm...what the hell were they expecting? like, i'm sure they were big fans of Blue Velvet and Eraserhead and were confounded to find that David Lynch's new movie was so weird! i wonder if they just rolled a die to pick what movie they went to...anyway...i worked...afterwards i went to Wherehouse/Turtles:

the Terranova was a bit of a mystery cd...never heard of 'em before, but the the cover art/etc looked really cool...and i opened the case and there was a picture of a guy plaing a Moog Prodigy inside...and it being used and all i decided to go for the gusto...i'll give a report when i listen to it again...also, as i was purchasing my cds, some middle aged black lady went up to the counter asking what was playing "i think it's Pantera" and she explained that she wanted to see the cd 'cuz she really liked it...she looked all normal too...i found it to be amusing, anyway...i went back over to David's...i think we started to watch The Hunger but then we found something more amusing to do...as the movie, at least the very beginning wsan't very...we started to play the Moods game...(oh yea...it was me, David, aforementioned Paul, Paul, Katie, and Justin...) it's this board game Paul and Katie got a few weeks ago...it's kind've cool...but it ended up w/ us spawning the revival of a game we last played almost a year ago: 1000 white cards, or whatever it's called...it's where you make your own cards and then you go around playing the cards against each other...and none of it makes any sense...it's great...there aren't really any rules other than that...we made a bunch more cards...Karissa came over and Paul and Katie went to bed...more playing ensued...i got called back to work at a quarter to 2...i went back in and returned in about an hour...more playing went on...Karissa went home, David, Paul, and i started playing a game Paul brought over: Balderdash...that game fucking rules...i think it was after 5 before i ended up going home...
saturday: got up in time to make it to work...it was really fucking busy...i didn't get off 'til about 11...the 6 hrs i was there i made a little over $70...afterwards i went to Jacques'...we hung out a little bit...i went back to work at midnight, but Eddie, the other rush driver, had come in too...we flipped a coin, i won and i went home...well, to Jacques' again...we hung out watching tv...then i went home...
today: woke up, went to work at FedEx...that's about it...
