on the move

what do i have? a new (for me, anyway) car!!! Amanda was kind and took me out to see Brad's cousin (none other than his opposite role in the cult classic When Harry Met Jimmy...) the first car i saw was what i ended up getting...a 2001 Honda Accord...it's white...it's in fine shape (so far as i know...) so i'm pretty happy...didn't have to put a down payment on it...i have a car again...my spirits are lifted...then i got back home and had my old saturn towed back here...i guess i'll see if there's any salvage places that'll take it off my hands...but anyway it's super-nice to be mobile again and have a car that's not flooded (literally) with problems...hoorah, or something...super many thanks to Jacques and Amber for transporting me to work and back these past two weeks...that was a tremendous help...though it'll be nice not having to get there an hour early again...again, hoorah or something...oh yes, and also i got some mail: a Metroid Prime 2 Echoes Bonus Disc for registering my games with Nintendo...i don't have the game it's a bonus disc for yet (i've barely gotten anywhere into the first Metroid Prime) but it's cool getting free stuff...i think there's a preview on it so i can see what a badass game i'm missing out on...woo!

(1) No problem with the driving and all. It's just a drag that you had to be at work all early.

(2) Metroid Prime: Echoes is supposed to be really, really difficult. Really difficult. I have the demo disc, but haven't ever touched it yet.

(1) eh...i got so much reading done i consider it worth it, heh...

(2) the first one kicked my ass and i gave up...it ruled though...i need to pick it up again...i'm just always caught up in other games...i should quit work and take up video gaming full time...
