of dogs and dreams

i actually got back to sleep when i woke up to let the dogs out and i think i'm all caught up now...woo hoo...i just had this dream where i was in Japan w/ my friends and we were walking down the street and there was this store that had some stuff for sell on the street and there were these boxes of cds...i started going through 'em and was finding all this extremely cool stuff for like $2/$3, some i already had but they didn't and i was trying to get 'em to get it (as well as picking up a bunch of stuff i needed), but they were all whining about wanting to go on...they wanted to shop for cds later but weren't in the mood now...and i was getting all frustrated and kept on looking through the boxes while they kept bothering me to just go...there was also a bunch of weird Atari controllers that i'm sure would go for insane amounts on ebay (as my dream made them up) for a few dollars and i was just going insane...i decided that i had to move to Japan...then i woke up...i was going to bid on The Pop Group cd i don't have (For How Much Longer Can We Tolerate Mass Murder) but it had fucking gone up over $50 this morning...had i had more expendable cash at the moment, not needing to save for Louisville and getting all my equipment repaired i prob'ly would have bid on it...i had intended on going pretty close to $40...stupid rare cds...but i did win (via "buy it now") that early A Certain Ratio 2 disc comp for $16.99...someone else had it to buy now for like $32...i wonder why they had it going for that much...the one i got was still sealed too...oh well...

also, IMPORTANT NEWS: Jacques officially can't make it to Louisville to see Mogwai w/ us 'cuz of his new job...so now there's an extra ticket for the show, anyone wanna spend a weekend w/ a couple of dorks seeing the amazing band Mogwai and buying cds while talking about said cds (and other cds) as well as making King Diamond jokes non-stop for two days...if anyone's interested let me know...

actually, i shouldn't make fun because me and a friend of mine have taken on the duty of finding out where the hell king diamond is in carrollton after the whataburger sighting.

yea, that pretty much sums up all our road trips...we're cool...every year there's always talk of going down there to his annual halloween party...maybe this year we'll actually make it...as for finding him yourself, i suggest first scouting all the major trailor parks...if that doesn't work you might be able to find a way to access White Castle's employee files...

too bad there aren't any white castles in texas(that i know of anyway)... i figure i could always just scour the property tax and apprasial records for a kim petersen.

damn...there aren't any here so i just assume they're everywhere else...that will work, less funny than saying "White Castle" but then again, saying "Kim Petersen" is pretty funny too...
