Pitch Correction

Got a couple cds in the mail: Sonic Youth: Hold That Tiger and Cindy Lee: Diamond Jubilee. The Sonic Youth is one I've had for forever but it just got a remastered reissue...and pitch corrected! I'd always thought it sounded a little weirdly bright, but had just assumed it had something to do with how it was recorded, not thinking about it too much. But now it comes together, knowing it was at a slightly faster speed (and according to the liner notes that was apparently to make it fit on a vinyl record). Anyway, so I'm excited to finally have it at the correct speed! During my lunch break Mary Beth and I did our Fresh Market grocery run. At night, I practiced a little more for my upcoming show (which is now tonight!).
