Mango and Sarah

I finished reading Bad Dyke by Allison Moon in the afternoon. I really only read a few chapters. This is a book that Mary Beth was reading to me much earlier in the year and she'd skipped a few chapters and it was almost there, so me being the completist I am, I had to go back and finish it off! In the evening, Mary Beth and I went over to Nate/April/Patti's to start our cat-sitting for Mango and Sarah! They both had a bit of trepidation about us. Mango came around finally and I was able to pet her and she purred a lot. And I played with her a whole bunch and she was jumping around all crazy. Sarah still hasn't gotten there yet. When I first fed them, she stayed back away from the bowls while Mango was eating (though she had rubbed up against my leg while I was opening the can of food). Then Mango finished her bowl and went over to Sarah's so I figured I should help her out and took Sarah's bowl over to her and she ate some then. I tried a few times to get closer and pet her but she's not ready for it yet! Not a whole lot else. I found out last night that apparently my ass crack hangs out in public all the time so that's great to know... Mary Beth and I went to bed early last night and woke up late today. So we got a ton of sleep, a bit close to twelve hours. Haven't gotten that in a long time.
