Attempting

Mary Beth and I did the Superlo grocery run. Not a whole lot else. I was finally able to order the new Shellac album. Coming out the week after Steve's death, of course there was a run on it and it sold out before it came out. I had been thinking I'd just get it when it came out because it's Shellac and that won't be hard to get and then when he died I wasn't all, ooh gotta rush and buy it now! I did try to pre-order it earlier in the week but it was too late. Then when it came out, sellers were all listing it with jacked up prices. Pretty gross, and pretty sure it will all be temporary anyway, but then that makes it a waiting game. Touch and Go had a thing for a second run of vinyl pre-orders but nothing about a second run of cds. I'm sure they will eventually. But finally I saw a discogs seller list one at a normal price so I ordered it. Well, here's hoping that all turns out alright!
