Mary Beth and I spent much of the evening doing crossword puzzles together over the ds (reliving old school days). Felt a little bad 'cuz I inadvertently fucked up the recording of Jacques's show. He let met borrow his recorded at my release show and when I realized I'd left the sd card at home, he let me use his recorder so I changed the input from mic to line in to record it, but he didn't know about that so he "recorded" his show thinking it was through the mic and ended up with a blank file. Also yesterday I "finished" up the artwork for the Memphis Concrète poster (really, just a minor edit to the information). Today at work was kinda weird 'cuz it was discovered that someone we used to work with was recently killed by his ex-wife. It had been a little while since he'd been there and it wasn't someone I knew well or anything but it's still really weird to find out something like that. I had also gotten roped into this lunch meeting that I thought would be helpful to a ticket I'm working on but wasn't (maybe eventually, but it was with some teams and people I don't usually interact with, including the salesforce people) and it was more "here's some other work for your team to do." The one problem I was having yesterday I solved by completely deleting Anypoint Studio and reinstalling it. Hope I don't have to do that shit too often! Then with some guidance from Avi I was able to finally fix the problem that that let me get back to. Mary Beth had lunch with Molly today and Molly told her about hearing the festival and me personally being talked about on Lost in the Shuffle on WEVL. I guess that's pretty cool, I didn't know anything about it! Anyway, yeah, that's about it. Here's my picture. Guess I'm proud of it, but I guess I've always been proud of the MC artwork. This is just more of the same but with a "twist."
