Mary Beth and I went and voted in the local primaries yesterday. It was my first time voting in any kind of small primary. My democracy is getting more granular! While out did our errands, at the grocery store out east we don't usually go to I ran into Jack (the Giant Killer). There was a drive in we were wanting to go to but then Mary Beth hadn't been feeling up to it. Instead, I continued working on my song for the compilation most of the night and I finished it! I'm pretty happy with it so far. It ended up being kinda dense. Anyway, my failures of the night before came to fruition the next day. What else? My green green converse just got "retired" (thrown away). One of 'em started falling apart a while back and I'd bought some glue to help put it back together and I tried wearing them last weekend, they lasted half a day before falling back apart again. Sad to see them go. So long, shoes.
