Avoid

Friday Mary Beth and I went to the Italian Fest. It was okay, the weather was just gorgeous so any excuse to get to walkin' around outside was nice. Not a whole lot going on at the festival so we didn't stay terribly long. My headaches have come back a couple times. Yesterday morning, involved in a euphemistic activity. Then it happened again this morning. I thought it was the moving around, but I ddin't today so it's more than that. The Family Ghost practiced yesterday. I was a little out of it. Playing guitar on "Like Clockwork" was a little rough, I had to dial it back. Moving around real fast not good, but now I think just getting into the music in itself was primarily what was going on. I think it has to do with blood rushing into my head. I didn't get a headache during practice, but I had the sensation of just skirting around one. The few times I have gotten 'em the headaches are really bad. I'm definitely skipping the gym today, unfortunately. Going to try to see a doctor as soon as possible when I can get a damn office on the phone tomorrow. Last night Mary Beth and I went over to Paul and Shawna's for game night and did our usual making stupid jokes about pictures, this time to the awkward family photos board game. It was rad. Now I'm just trying to avoid anything that might set off my head throbbing.
