the rest of the night

before i went to work, i finally went and dropped the film from the last trip to New York off to get developed...i'll be able to see how that turned out sunday...i also swung by Shangri-La and picked up Big Black: The Rich Man's Eight Track Tape...after work i went over to David's...Brad and Kelly both showed up for some movie watching...Kelly brought Chuck and Buck...a really good movie...Brad brought over (among others that weren't watched...) Phantom of the Mall...sweet...after that we gradually decided to go to Denny's...not much event aside from what i already posted and lots of laughing at o-rings...errr...onion...yea...then home...i was wanting to practice today but Keith's phone isn't ringing for some reason...and i'm sure the message-in-voice-mail beeping isn't enough to wake someone up...so yea...that's all...

i found a copy of 'pigpile' for $7.99 at my work, and just today some kid put a $1.99 copy of the same album on hold. like, fucking hell. i wanna pull a switch a roo SOO bad.

have you seen the pigpile video? if not, i could bring it up (if i think about it). pretty entertaining stuff. at the end, gilbert and lewis come out on stage and play "heartbeat" with them.

my favorite part is where Steve Albini takes the flaming strap-on from the naked skull-chicks...that and when Nikki Sixx comes onstage w/ 'em to do a stirring rendition of "Shout at the Devil"...
