mad person party?

after work yesterday i went and hung out w/ Paul and Katie...we went to Black Lodge some movies were rented...Evan showed up...we watched Mad Monster Party?...the ppl who did that claymation Rudolph movie's version of halloween...mostly pretty sucky, though there were a few amusing bits...there was this party thing happening in the courtyard of the apartment complex they live in...pretty sucky of course...it was damned cold outside and they had the chilled keg...ppl...Katie went to work, Evan left, Chris showed up...we eventually went to CK Rockets...while we were going to the car someone thanked us for coming...funny as we were in an apartment and not really attending the party...we laughed...ha ha...then after a while David, Karissa, and the Other Paul showed up...as did Katie return...we watched City of Lost Children...eventually went home, slept, went to work today, watched Futurama, napped, and now here i am...

God do I ever fucking miss Black Lodge...Every movie in stock is boss (except for that damn Leleo film). What did you think of City of Lost Children?

ummm...while they're the only place w/ a large selection of good movies, they have just as large if not larger a selection of non-boss movies as well...as for City of Lost Children, it was quite good, though not nearly as great as Leolo...

oh yea...though the ppl who run it are a bit cuntish...

They *are* a bit cuntish, I suppose, but at least they don't charge late fees...And they always complimented me on my shoes...Have you seen "Happiness" yet? My memory tells me that you might have already rented this one...but in case you haven't, if you're looking for a Leleo-ish film, this is it...

i've never seen it...i think the others rented it once, but not when i was around...i've heard that it's not that good...but then agian, i think it was only from Jacques that i've heard that...and we all know how much to trust THAT opinion...
