watched Henry Fool tonight...(Ashley showed up w/ Brad as well...) it's all gotten me motivated to write...(i was actually feeling motivated last night, after editing/rewriting Justin's essay thingie...impressing myself again...) so i all came home rearin' to finally get back to my novel thingie but i can't find the notebook it's in...i know it'll turn up...but i do nearly all my writing in the back of school notebooks...and i always get the same black UofM ones too...just to make it difficult on myself, i guess...although it's good pulling out something while looking for something else and coming back across something i'd started and "temporarily" abandoned (i have LOTS of that...) something i might've forgotten about...i can remind myself of its existence that way...maybe finish it...etc etc...but for the time being, my main concern is missing...it'll turn up i'm sure...i think i'll check under the couch next...

at Justin's parents' house last night i acquired 2 free cds from the surplus of his parents' former video store:

Get Happy!! is the Columbia version, pre-Ryko reissues so there's no bonus trakcs...but it was free and something to hold me over 'til get the "proper" version...not that that album's particularly a very pressing concern...

i'm pretty positive that David and i are heading to the All Tomorrow's Parties festival in LA in late october...that should be cool...we'll see how that goes...
