quick update from work

sunday night i went to walmart and got some bookshelves...i also picked up the Suicide Kings dvd...uh...then monday work...hung out at Jason/Amanda's afterwards...Brad came over...it was one of the most homoerotic nights ever...all the dudes were pantsless and i licked Brad's bush...Leah came over briefly as well...then yesterday i got a flat tire on the way to work...but i still made it in...Jason and Amanda had to pick me up, though...we went to Disco Go Round and i picked up John Coltrane: A Love Supreme (Deluxe Edition) cd and Ichi the Killer dvd...i also bought a new car jack (mine got all bent up a while back) at Auto Zone...stayed over at Jason/Amanda's and got a ride out to work...i should at least get the flat changed for my spare tonight when i get off...fun stuff...

that's my ichi the killer you just bought. it's the cut hong kong version. that's why i sold it. it still rules, though. tokyo shock is supposed to release the uncut version next month in the 'states.

i was at disc-go-round earlier that night. probably missed you guys by, like, an hour.

yeah...it looked kind of like some kind of crummy version...and i wasn't sure if there was a better version or not...i haven't even seen it yet anyway...i thought it'd be worth picking up used at any rate...

i find Takashi Miike (forgive me if my spelling is wrong...i ain't no chink or nuthin'...) to be VERY hit and miss...the good stuff of his i've seen is very good and the bad stuff i've see is very bad...but i've heard good things about Ichi...so i'm pretty optimistic...

uh...it was called something like City of Souls...there was another one that was OKAY...not really good, though it had amusing stuff in it...i forget what it was called...but the girl shot darts out of her vag...

Ah, I haven't seen City of Lost Souls and I don't remember a girl shooting vag darts in anything either...partly explains why I like everything I've seen, maybe...

the shooting darts out of the vag was one of the cool parts...especially when the blood spurted out one time and she said something about having a period...hoo-ah!
