ateolfi forgot to mention that coming home from work sunday night i got pulled over again...for the brake light...but the cop was nice and just gave me a warning...file another case of me being a complete moron today...i was up all night last night but i didn't fucking do ANYTHING aside from waste time online...when i got to my first class i realized that there was homework due that i didn't even realize was due today...(a familiar occurance for me...) after that i moved my illegally parked car to a legal position and went to the library to study (cram) for my exam...i think i did alright...good for stuffing a bunch of crap in at the very last minute...i wasn't able to answer the last 3 questions at all though...after that i checked my email and got a message from the university saying i had been reported for non-attendance for one of my classes...so i went to the registrar and asked about it and they said it was my networks class...(which was the next class i had...) i went back to the library to do my homework for said class...i was so fucking tired by this point...i started it but ended up passing out on the desk...at one point i half woke up and noticed a semi-clear greenish liquid substance on my book and desk (i have some cold action going right now...ugh...) i woke up after about an hour or so and went home and finished it while/before/after watching The Simpsons...of course i did a REALLY shitty job...i mean, my answers are pathetically bad...i managed to make it out to class and kind've stay awake through part of it...afterwards i went over to Adam's against my better judgement telling me to go straight to bed...but i did get some cold medicine on the way...we watched Quills which i found to be a really good movie...i've never read any Marquis de Sade (as i hear his fans tend to hate that movie...but w/out that bias, i enjoyed it immensely...) and now i'm back home...i just checked my email again and there was a message from The Potomac Accord...they're playing the Deli october 3rd...i'll definately be there...they were even thoughtful enough to mention "The Family Ghost"...i hate having to answer the questions of how the band's been doing...but we're scheduled to practice thursday which is a fucking blessing...i plan on really focusing and getting together a set so we can get to playing out again...i fucking need that more than anything...hopefully i didn't jinx the practice by mentioning it beforehand...but if such a thing were possible i'd have to believe in karma or some other cosmic bullshit which i don't actually believe in, so i guess that's that...rock on you crazy diamonds...(Diamond Bangers, that is...)
p.s.
i just realized that i forgot to follow up on the whole non-attendance issue...and to think of all the ppl out there clinging to their chairs screaming at the computer, foam dripping from their desperately agape mouths: "dear god whatever will become of his class!?!?!?" sorry about that...i talked to my teacher after class and he said he thinks there was a mistake and had me write my name down for him...it seemed like there was another student w/ the same problem but i'm not *quite* sure...so it looks like that's going to work out w/out a problem...i mean, it should! i haven't missed a single damned day in that class...at least not physically...
