Another year, another list/poll of the books that I read in that year.
(See the post I made after this...I tried to remake the poll to fix something and then add it to this post, but it doesn't seem to work at all when I move the poll around to different posts like that, maybe because I deleted the original post? Anyway, just see my next post!)

Oh crud! I meant to include a "none of the above" option! I just recreated the poll and added that back into the post. Thanks for indirectly pointing that out! Also, thanks for the challenge recommendation!

I'm happy I could help. Yours is the first post I've seen with a poll asking who else has read the same books. That's a cool idea.

Jeez! Thanks for the heads up. It didn't like me creating a new poll and adding it to the old post. I just remade it yet again but in a new post and it looks like it works over there.

The whole poll for books thing was big in a group I was in back in the old livejournal days, but nothing similar made it over to dreamwidth that I've found.

Now that you mention it, I've seen the same thing.

Want to try making this a custom on DW? You could post on

goals_on_dw about making a book poll as a year-end activity. I bet a lot of folks would like the idea, and you could use yours as an example if you wish. I'd enjoy seeing more of these things.
