baby weather

last night Mary Beth and i went to the hospital to see Daphne, Dustin and Courtney's then day-old daughter...cute baby! i've said it a million times that it's weird that Dustin's going to be a father, now i guess it's weird that he actually is one! anyway, wasn't expecting the snow at all this morning...was quite a shock when i was getting my breakfast and saw it out the kitchen window...and it was the perfect kind! an actual relatively thick layer and no ice! to bad i, as always, had to go to work...anyway, now i'm home and my goal is to have my powerpoint done...

Cool. Mine was "Masculinity, Femininity, and Sex Role Attitudes" or something close to that. It sparked lots of good discussion in the class and was a fun article to present.

mine was not fun and there was no discussion sparked...but that's not necessarily related to my article but none of the articles tonight sparked any discussion because class went on too long and we didn't have enough time for the presentations, there were 6 presentations and we didn't start til an hour and 15 minutes were left...one person didn't do theirs and i guess got it postponed til next week (which i was dreading because i was fucking ready then and i didn't wanna carry this shit for another week...so that got me all antsy beforehand...) anyway, everyone knew how little time there was so no one asked any questions at all...i'm glad i'm done with it though!
