Golden Hours
ah, this part of the day seldom seen (by me)...i'm on a plan of waking up an hour earlier each day and by saturday i'll be ready to wake up for the praxis...i was freaking out about the test as i haven't been in school in six years and do not remember much of what's on the test (even though nothing's advanced, i'm just so out of it...) i've been trying to study but there's just so much to remember and in the short time it's kind of overwhelming me...then i looked up just how well i have to do to pass (approximately) and realized just how low the bar is set...i don't wanna be over-calm and blow it off...i know doing WELL will be better for me than just passing, but i'm not feeling crazed about it...and now i have two nice days off to study...oh, to be at a high school level of math again! (granted much of it *i* didn't learn til college as i wasn't on the advanced math track in high school and the statistics stuff i've NEVER learend...but i was a math major...hopefully i can cram all this stuff back in my brain...)
Apparently not learning it in the first place is just as good as totally forgetting it.

You'll kick ass! And like take names too.
Oh, they tell you to get there at 7:30, but the test won't actually start until at least 8. So bring your study materials in for the wait. I didn't do that the first time, but I've learned my lesson.
And your test might not actually be given in Patterson, so you might want to bring along a campus map if you've forgotten the buildings.
One last thing. Have you been to that new Colombian place? You should take advantage of the buffet since you're off work today. It's supposed to be really good (but meat-heavy, which explains why we haven't tried it yet).
