again...
i was fucking sick again today...that's like four times in two weeks...i think it's because of the filthy fucking kitchen...anyway, still no hot water...it sucks...i picked up a package from ups...which turned out very annoying for multiple reasons...first, i actually called to pick it up on friday...ups was supposed to call me back but i never got a call...thankfully i looked it up online when i got home tonight 'cuz it was set up to have been picked up even though they didn't call me like they were supposed to...so i picked it up...my "messenger" bag that i was so excited about! well, opening it up i find out it's not a messenger bag after all! it's like half the size of a messenger bag! it's really a "shoulder" bag...i'm just dumb and ordered the wrong thing...i can't fit a notebook in it...and since the book i'm currently reading is an unusually large book, my fucking book won't even fit in it...so i'm exchanging it and getting a real messenger bag...hoorah...anyway, i guess that's all for now...

dude, i LOVE rocket redux. lloyd positively tears it up... i mean you never hear him do that kind of stuff like ever. as hokey as the cover/concept is, it's one of the more rockin album from the last couple years... not to mention made by the silver glory set.

Rocket Redux is alright...i don't listen to it very often...i think The Day the Earth Met The. . . is much better...there's something slightly weird with Dave Thomas's vocals on the new one that i can't quite put my finger on...but it's still nice for an occasional listen...they were great live...

day the earth met the.. is definitely better but thats like the real deal. i was just pleasantly surprised by the redux. and yeah his vocals are really weird. almost like he's trying to be super wacky.
