i woke up all damned early (well, a half hour or so) today 'cuz i had a few things to do...first i had to take a pathetlic, neglected doggie outside...then i had to go to the post office to pick up some mail that wasn't delivered yesterday...normally i would have waited 'til the weekend, but i'm expecting a certain birthday present, of which the birthday shindig is tomorrow, so i went this morning...however, it was not the present that was waiting for me at the post office...it was something i actually ordered several days after i ordered the present (which still hasn't arrived yet, by the way...it'd better come tomorrow...i ordered it 9 goddamn days ago...) when i opened the package i did get a pleasant surprise: my very own Chrome: Box!!! i've been actively searching for this for like 6 months (and inactively searching for it for a while longer...i just wish i had decided to go after it when i first heard Chrome instead of wrongly deciding that i did not like them...damn i was stupid...) this fucking box set's been a bitch to get (even find at all nowadays)...but finally finally finally!!! and i'm sure as fuck gonna give the guy some hella positive feedback...the auction ended 4 days ago...and it arrived yesterday and it ended on a sunday to top that! i'm still waiting for some stuff i ordered and won days before that! it's nice when stuff gets here that fast! and i had a mild sense of worry, as always when getting something used (ahem, Bust a Move! damnit...) but this is in pristine condition! i've only gotten to listen to almost all of the disc 1, but i've examined all the discs and there's not a flaw to be seen so i'm happy about that...it still has the poster and sticker and those are fine and intact...the only thing that doesn't look brand new is the outer cardboard box...and that only has minor wear...and another plus, it's the item that pushed my ebay feedback score to 100!!! a landmark on so many levels...well, i've prattled on about THAT enough...uh...though i guess that's really all i have to talk about...i think i'm gonna go eat some more of Brad's food now...
