Squat
Yesterday I beat Chulip. I still need to go back and kiss, I think, 11 more people. I've already gone back and done a little I hadn't done when I beat it (like opening the movie theater and watching the awesome films). It was back to the gym today. I've been trying to correct my squatting form. I started doing a trick to put my weight on my heels (I'd been leaning forward too much) and it fucking killed me. I corrected this during my work sets. After a few goes, like I said, it just fucking killed me. It was like a black sheet of pain suddenly covered my forehead and I had to go down in weight. I was left with a headache for a little while longer. Just damn, squatting's so hard and it's been almost a year and I still can't get this shit right.
