skipped my walk on friday and felt much better yesterday so i took another truncated walk...i'm a little sore today so i'll skip walking again...i'm sure i'll be doing no good if i don't give my muscles a chance to heal...well, enough about my pathetic physical condition...last night Dustin and Courtney wanted to hang out so we went and had dinner then drove around aimlessly finally ending up at spin street right before close...i picked up in the used bin: Sacred Rhythms of Cuban Santería...i guess that's about it...
