ateolf | a new place...

wow...it seems like a lot of stuff is going down at once...today, shortly after awakening, i got a call from Paul C. about a place...Josh, someone i've known for a long time, is going to be sharing this place with two other guys...it's this loft-type place downtown...it's really damned huge...he has a band and they'll be practicing there...and the guys he's with are wanting to have shows there and such too...i rounded up Brad and Keith and the three of us went to look at the place...and to sum it all up, we'll be living there too! and it will be a place the band can practice at so that's awesome...of course, it's not the most perfect place...but it's really fucking cool...a few drawbacks but the pluses tip the scale more than any other place we've considered...and more than i though would have been possible...so we're pretty excited about that...i also find it pretty cool that we'll be living with Josh too, as he's a super-cool dude...but, of course, i've been excited about the possibility of living with Brad and Keith for a month now too...the other two guys seem alright...i guess soon we'll really know...but for now it seems really cool...oh yea, in case anyone is wondering, the place is on Main Street...right by Jefferson...right the fuck downtown...there are a few cons to that, of course, but it's also not without its pros...none of us are sure as to how parking is going to work yet...i guess we'll soon find out about that too...

after that the three of us drove out to Germantown...ate at Perkins...then went to my house and loaded the gear upstairs and mostly set it up...fun stuff...yea...then back out to midtown to their apartment...sat around for a while...now i'm back home...i guess not too much else to talk about now...
