I finished reading From the Mouth of the Whale by Sjón during my lunch break. It was okay. Then, I don't even know the word to describe the rest of the day. My sister messaged me asking me to walk Stella for her. My nephew was in the hospital. What had happened is that apparently she put some antifreeze in some other container (maybe what would normally be a drink container? but I'm not totally sure about that) and then it was sitting somewhere and my nephew saw it and thought it was some aloe drink or something like that she has and he drank it and then was rushed to the hospital. He was apparently treated and is out of danger but was taken to the downtown hospital at night to monitor just in case since he was poisoned. I'm still kind of baffled as to how that happens. Hoping he continues to be okay. But after work I went out there and walked Stella. My dad was there, he seems better but walking still isn't the easiest for him. He said he'd walked Stella in the morning, but hopefully he's mostly able to keep off his feet so as not to risk a fall. I stayed a little bit with him. After I got home, Mary Beth and I took a walk around the neighborhood. I guess that's about it for now.
