How to Put On a Jacket

Mary Beth and I went to the new exhibits at the Crosstown Arts galleries in the afternoon. Then we went out to Jerry's Sno Cones (the one out in Cordova because they JUST shut down the original location...cry cry cry!). Later at night we watched a little STTNG and then we were going on a little bit about the phenomenon of the way Riker sits in chairs, which led Mary Beth onto a tangent about how weirdly Martin Sheen puts on jackets (mostly in The West Wing, but it goes all the way back to Badlands). So instead of putting on a jacket one arm at a time, he flings both arms into it at once and whips it around his head. It's very excessively jarring and dramatic when you notice it. Then I tried to do it and the actual whipping around my head part isn't difficult (though it is goofy as hell), the getting both my hands lined up in place just inside the jacket sleeves is awkward and takes a little time to get lined up right. Anyway, just enjoying how ridiculous it all is. I think that's about it!
