The big news of yesterday is that I got the Halloween III live score recording up on bandcamp. There's the regular album version (split out into a whopping fifty-two individual tracks, but if you download it and play it all together then they flow as one into each other) and the single-track full recording with silences left in and the edited movie audio mixed in for people at home with their own copy of the movie to relive the full live score experience. I was looking into doing this thing for my birthday but the prices the place had online are out of date and the real price is a good bit higher and I'm not thinking it's worth it (also I get the vibe it's more of a kids' birthday party setup sort of thing and then might be a little weird anyway, especially given how low key I'd want it). Back to the drawing board I guess. Anyway, here are those things on bandcamp. (You'll most likely want the first one, the one with the pumpkin as the second one starts with silence and then some beeps and then the whole long thing, to accommodate syncing with a dvd or blu-ray or etc.).
