Mary Beth and I went out to see the Indie Memphis screening of Nico, 1988 last night. I like going into movies as uninformed as possible so I had the assumption this was going to be a documentary but it was a biopic. (Also, most of it takes place in 1986.) It was good though and interesting to see Nico dramatized. I got a cd in the mail last night (the other piece of my legendary winning of last week): Halim El-Dabh: Crossing into the Electric Magnetic. I was a little surprised to find it's a cdr instead of a cd, but whatever. Excited about the content anyway. Not much to speak of about work today and I'm home now and a little sleepy.
