Clouded
I worked all through last night (I mean, not all through the night, but up until a normal bedtime). I was making progress with my ticket and didn't wanna get behind. It was pretty darn productive. Was stuck a little bit on something with promises, but by the end I figured it out. Think I've got promises in javascript down, I mean, it's not complicated but I had to adjust a little to the syntax. By the time I got in this morning all I had to do was make one more adjustment and I was getting text messages sent successfully through the process I'm building. Then I was able to get to work on the new stuff (getting the technician photo) and I think I've mostly got that worked through pretty good. Calling the vendor's api is already set up and easy and I got to work on some new-to-me stuff with setting up an s3 bucket in aws and attaching a cloudfront to it. Thrilling stuff to read about, I know. But good progress so I'm feeling good about it. There was a potluck at work today to say goodbye to the current building. A bunch of people brought some awesome food and I ate a bunch of it and it ruled. Only one more drive to work through the crummy 240 traffic. We'll see how the new commute will be when we get to it.
