Hardening
I made it back out to the gym last night and repeated my workout. My body pretty quickly adapted! I didn't even have any chest burning sensations afterwards. I mean, I was worn out and all that (and the tobatas still sucked) but it felt manageable and normal and all that. Today was big room planning at work. Pretty good getting our work laid out and all that fun. Though when I got home I realized something we're supposed to have that we don't. Damn. I'm writing this here in hopes that it'll help me remember tomorrow. Not that I'll read this but sometimes the act of writing it out helps...will you help, act?
